Volunteer FAQs
- Are there any qualifications for volunteers?
- While there are no specific qualifications, we do ask that each volunteer attend a Volunteer Orientation before spending time with us. You can sign up for an upcoming orientation through the links above.
- Can children volunteer?
- Yes! We host a monthly Kid's Night for children ages 5-12. A parent must attend with their child.
- Will I be able to get verification of my community service hours?
- Absolutely! We will be happy to provide you with a letter documenting your volunteer hours or sign a form you may have. Additionally, volunteer hours with Camella's Cupboard count toward the Presidential Service Award.
- Are my donations tax deductible?
- Yes! Camella's Cupboard is a 501(c)3 exempt organizations and donations are tax deductible. Please consult your tax adviser for your specific situation.
